This class is for you whether you are new or have been using this technique for years. The more you practice the more you will understand how it works.
If you want to master your grounding join my drop-in classes to keep working on your own technique.
The more you ground the more you will open. As you ground you also channel light. These changing times and changing energies require more grounding..
