We’ve heard over and over again the importance of grounding but what exactly is it?  What does it mean to be grounded? How can grounding help you to heal and connect to your true self? How can grounding help you be more connected to the Divine? 

I will share with you my story about how I became an energy healer and how I can feel the flow of energy in your body and can feel where you are blocked. I will describe a simple grounding technique that works and we’ll do a grounding meditation. This is not your typical grounding. Let’s talk about raising your vibration, dealing with emotions and how to transform them into light by grounding.
