Distance sessions are just as powerful and effective as in-person sessions. 

Because energy knows no boundaries, I can connect with you from anywhere including by phone, Zoom, or simply by tuning in remotely. Each session is unique and guided by the energy in the moment. 

I offer sessions on a sliding scale so you can choose the amount that feels aligned for you from $55 - $110 CAD. Whether you come to one session or decide to work with me on a regular basis you will always receive exactly what you need in the moment. As we go deeper, I often share insights and guidance to help you integrate the shifts taking place.

Whether you are navigating an awakening or on a spiritual or healing journey I am here to support you as your energy evolves and transforms. 

I offer monthly Online Grounding & Energy Classes to help you reconnect with your inner light and strengthen your energetic foundation. Each class is a sacred space for learning, practicing, and integrating the light more fully into your body. Together, we explore grounding, energy awareness, and embodiment practices that bring balance and harmony to your everyday life.

In addition to my classes, I also collaborate with others to offer workshops and retreats. These gatherings create an opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself and others while anchoring higher frequencies of light through shared experience.
